Southern Air of Baton Rouge is looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our growing and dedicated Plumbing Install team.Why join our team:Medical, Dental, Vision InsuranceDisability and Term Life InsuranceMatching 401(k) benefitsOn-going training & development and growth opportunitiesPaid HolidaysPaid Time Off (PTO)What you will do:Work side-by-side the BEST plumbers in the industry!Receive hands-on-training in residential and light commercial plumbingAssist with parts, tools, delivery, installation at job siteHelp prepare work areas by cleaning and organizing tools and materialsDig trenches and holes for laying pipes and fittings.Assist in cutting, bending, threading, and joining pipes.Assist in repairing plumbing problems.Operate a variety of hand and power tools, requiring the ability to lift at least 50 lbs.Assist with plumbing according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specificationsWho you are:Hard-working, willing to learnExperience with plumbing preferredEnjoy working with your handsInterested in becoming a plumberStrong communication skillsDriven by rewards based on work effort and outcomesMechanically inclinedWho we are:We are a family-owned and operated company, with a small business feel, but large business size, growth, and stability.
