Top Sales Talent Wanted
We are looking for a high-performing Plumbing Sales Supervisor to join our field sales team. This is a results-driven position for an experienced sales professional with a proven track record of generating revenue, developing accounts, and delivering measurable sales growth.
Two-man sales process knowledge is a MUST. The ideal candidate understands how to operate effectively within a two-man sales structure, coordinate responsibilities, manage the customer experience, and consistently move opportunities from prospecting through close.
We are looking for proven producers, not just account managers.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales growth throughout an assigned territory.
Develop new contractor, builder, developer, and plumbing-industry accounts.
Maintain and expand existing customer relationships.
Execute the company's two-man sales process effectively and consistently.
Work with a sales partner to prospect, qualify, present solutions, overcome objections, and close opportunities.
Conduct field visits, customer meetings, job-site visits, and product presentations.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and close profitable business.
Track sales activity, opportunities, customer visits, quotes, and closed business.
Meet or exceed established sales and margin targets.
Identify opportunities for account growth and new business development.
Work closely with inside sales, operations, purchasing, and management to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate CRM and sales reporting.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of plumbing sales experience (REQUIRED)
Proven knowledge of and experience with a two-man sales process (REQUIRED)
A history of trackable sales results and performance against sales goals.
Experience selling plumbing products, fixtures, fittings, pipe, valves, or related building products.
Proven ability to generate new business and grow existing accounts.
Strong prospecting, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
Ability to manage and develop a field sales territory.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
Comfortable working with sales quotas, CRM systems, and measurable performance metrics.
Valid driver's license and willingness to spend significant time in the field.
Performance Is Measurable
This is a results-driven sales position. Success will be measured through objective performance metrics, including:
Sales revenue
Year-over-year sales growth
New accounts opened
Existing account growth
Gross margin
Quote-to-close conversion
Pipeline development
Customer retention
Field sales activity
Achievement against sales targets
