You can walk into a customer's home, quickly understand the problem, build trust, explain the options clearly, and confidently recommend the right solution.You do need to believe in your work, believe in the solutions you provide, and be comfortable creating opportunities to help customers.We're looking for someone who:Has 3+ years of plumbing experience, preferably residential service.Is confident diagnosing and solving plumbing problems.Builds relationships easily and communicates well.Is competitive, motivated, and takes pride in performance.Works with urgency and doesn't need to be micromanaged.Takes ownership of the customer experience and their results.Can confidently recommend solutions without being pushy.Takes pride in their appearance, vehicle, tools, and workmanship.Wants to work for a company with a reputation they can stand behind.Wants the opportunity to earn more by producing more.About Charles Towne PlumbingCharles Towne Plumbing is a locally owned, full-service plumbing company serving Charleston and the surrounding Lowcountry. Our technicians have the opportunity to work with a strong reputation, quality systems, and a company that values performance and work-life balance.No on-call.What You'll DoDiagnose, repair, and install residential plumbing systems.Handle leaks, clogs, drains, water heaters, fixtures, sewer issues, and general plumbing repairs.Build rapport with homeowners and understand what they need.Explain problems and solutions clearly.Recommend appropriate plumbing solutions and identify legitimate opportunities to improve the customer's system.Take ownership of calls from start to finish.Use ServiceTitan or similar field-service software.Maintain a clean, stocked service vehicle.Deliver professional workmanship and represent Charles Towne Plumbing with integrity and Southern hospitality.Compensation & BenefitsEstimated earnings: $80,000–$180,000+ per yearTop performers have the opportunity to earn more based on sold, completed, and collected work.Full-time, W-2 employmentPerformance-based piece-rate pay:0–29.99 sold hours: $67.50/hour30–39.99 sold hours: $72.50/hour40+ sold hours: $77.50/hourPaid based on the higher of performance pay or applicable hourly base payWeekly payPaid time off and holiday payHealth and dental insuranceIRA plan with company matchTake-home company vehicle, gas card, and uniformsNo nights or weekends on-callRiverDogs baseball season tickets and other team perksRequired: Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
