Customer Service Representative/DispatcherWe are seeking a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service while supporting a fast-paced service team. If you enjoy helping customers, thrive in a busy office environment, and are passionate about organization and teamwork, we'd love to hear from you.Primary Responsibilities:Answer inbound customer calls professionally and courteously.Schedule service appointments using dispatching software.Dispatch plumbing technicians and coordinate daily work orders.Monitor technician schedules and assist with route optimization.Route incoming calls and messages to the appropriate team members.Prepare and process customer invoices.Assist with light Accounts Receivable (A/R) and Accounts Payable (A/P).Perform accurate data entry and maintain customer records.Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, vendors, and management.Provide outstanding customer service while maintaining professionalism during high-volume periods.Qualifications:Experience in a construction, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, restoration, or other service industry.Experience with Housecall Pro or similar field service management software such as ServiceTitan, Service Fusion, or FieldEdge.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Proficient typing skills (minimum 30 WPM).Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.Comfortable learning and utilizing modern technology and cloud-based software.Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently while contributing to a team environment.Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
