Plumbing Service TechnicianLas Vegas, NVJob Summary:Are you a high-performing residential service plumber who enjoys solving problems, building trust with homeowners, and getting paid for the value you provide?We're looking for an experienced Plumbing Service Technician who thrives in a consultative, customer-first environment. If you're a plumber who takes pride in delivering exceptional workmanship, creating outstanding customer experiences, and being rewarded for your performance, we'd love to meet you.Key Responsibilities:Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and replace residential plumbing systems and fixtures.Deliver an exceptional customer experience by educating homeowners on the condition of their plumbing systems.Present Good, Better, Best repair and replacement options that empower customers to choose the solution that best fits their home and budget.Identify opportunities for system improvements, upgrades, water quality solutions, fixture replacements, and preventative maintenance.Perform repairs in compliance with all local plumbing codes and company quality standards.Complete accurate estimates, invoices, and service documentation using mobile technology.Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and professional appearance.Participate in ongoing technical and sales training to continually improve your skills and income potential.Consistently achieve individual performance, customer satisfaction, and sales goals.Qualifications & Requirements:2+ years of residential plumbing service experience with strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.Proven ability to educate homeowners and present Good, Better, Best repair and replacement options.Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.Ability to identify additional service opportunities while maintaining a customer-first approach.Knowledge of local plumbing and mechanical codes.Journeyman plumbing license is a plus.Comfortable using tablets and mobile software to complete estimates and service documentation.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work collaboratively with team members.Committed to delivering exceptional workmanship and an outstanding customer experience on every service call.Benefits:Competitive base pay with commissions for high earning potentialCompany vehicle, tools, iPhone, iPad, and uniforms.Medical, dental, and vision insurance.401(k) with company match.Company paid life insurancePaid time off and holidaysCompany food trucks and team eventsOngoing training and career advancement opportunitiesCompetitive pay and great work environmentWork Environment:Works in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust.
