Plumbing Service Technician

Monday-Friday+ rotating weekends
The Plumbing Service Technician is responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing used for water distribution and wastewater disposal. Performs a variety of services ranging from faucet repairs to water heater installations and plumbing systems replacements for residential customers while maintaining the highest level of customer service.

Previous plumbing experience (apprentice, journeyman, or equivalent) preferred
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and techniques
SERVICE TITAN experience is helpful
Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and materials
High school diploma or equivalent; Perform plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance services in residential and/or commercial settings
Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues with accuracy and efficiency
Install and repair piping systems, fixtures, water heaters, and related components
Operate and maintain company-provided tools, equipment, and service vehicle
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional appearance
Ensure compliance with safety protocols, local codes, and company procedures
Document work performed and communicate effectively with team members and customers
