Plumbing SuperintendentOur client is a well-established mechanical contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality commercial construction and service solutions across Tennessee. With continued growth and a healthy pipeline of projects, they are seeking an experienced Plumbing Superintendent to join their field leadership team.Job DescriptionSupervise and coordinate all plumbing activities on construction sites.Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal plumbing codes and regulations.Collaborate with project managers and other trades to ensure timely project completion.Inspect plumbing systems and installations for quality and functionality.Oversee procurement and inventory of plumbing materials and equipment.Train and mentor plumbing team members to ensure adherence to best practices.Identify potential issues and implement solutions to maintain project schedules and budgets.Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
