Plumbing SupervisorLocation: Shreveport, LA Company: American Leak Detection of ShreveportWe are a growing plumbing and leak detection company focused on high-quality work, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. With multiple trucks on the road, we’re looking for a leader who can not only manage a team—but also produce revenue, improve performance, and help scale operations.Position OverviewWe are seeking a hands-on Plumbing Supervisor who leads from the front. This role is responsible for managing technicians, overseeing job quality, and actively contributing to revenue through fieldwork, high-level diagnostics, and closing larger or more complex jobs. This is not a desk-only position—you will be in the field, coaching, troubleshooting, and driving results.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform advanced plumbing and leak detection workAssist techs on high-value or complex jobsHelp close and upsell larger jobs when opportunities ariseSupervise, train, and mentor plumbing techniciansRide along with techs to improve performance and sales skillsHold team members accountable for productivity and qualityAssist in hiring and onboarding new techniciansDispatch and adjust schedules to maximize efficiencyMonitor job progress and ensure deadlines are metReduce callbacks through quality control and trainingWork closely with office staff to keep operations smoothEnsure all work meets company standards and code requirementsHandle escalated customer concerns professionallyMaintain strong communication with customers on complex jobsBe aware of KPIs such as:Revenue per truckAverage ticketCallback rateJob completion timesIdentify areas for improvement and implement solutionsQualifications5+ years of plumbing experience (service and/or leak detection preferred)Proven leadership or foreman experienceStrong diagnostic and troubleshooting skillsAbility to train and develop techniciansExperience with flat-rate pricing and upselling is a plusValid driver’s licenseWhat We’re Looking ForA leader who takes ownership and drives resultsSomeone who can balance production + managementStrong communicator with both customers and team membersProfit-minded and performance-drivenCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive base pay + performance incentives/bonusesHealth insuranceDental insurance401(k) retirement planCompany vehiclePaid time offWhy Join UsOpportunity to grow with a scaling companyLeadership role with real impactPerformance-based earning potentialStrong team environment focused on winning
