A true expert in all things plumbing, from installs and repairs to advanced troubleshooting. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex solutions clearly over the phone or video. A natural coach and mentor, patient, encouraging, and able to teach through challenges. Tech-savvy enough to navigate video calls, internal systems, and documentation tools.
