As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Plumbing Technician to provide exceptional service to our customers as well as reliable support to our team. This is a great opportunity to get in with a fast-growing business where everyone on the team is valued.As a Plumbing Technician, you'll be responsible for the maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems in residential, commercial, or industrial buildings. You'll have the chance to work both independently and as part of a supportive team. We value good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.This role is based in Mesquite, Nevada and serves the surrounding area. Applicants must be willing to relocate.In addition to a competitive wage there are excellent benefits including:100% paid insurance premiums on medical, dental, and vision for the employeeEmployee family medical plans available401k & Roth 401k plans with up to a 4% company match100% paid long-term disability insurancePaid life insurance plan2 floating holidays6 paid holidaysVacation payPaid weeklyResponsibilities Include:Diagnose plumbing system issues and present repair optionsInstall, repair, service and maintain plumbing systems at commercial and residential sitesInstall water heaters, boilers, faucets, toilets, sinks, and other plumbing fixturesEnsure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulationsCommunicate system findings clearly to customers and explain required and recommended repairs and upgradesProvide detailed, multi-option quotes and discuss repair or upgrade choicesIdentify opportunities to offer additional services, upgrades, or preventative maintenanceConsistently meet or exceed assigned daily, weekly, or monthly revenue goalsMaintain accurate records of work performed and materials usedFulfill on-call duties according to the department scheduleRequirements2+ years of plumbing experienceStrong understanding of plumbing systemsKnowledge of local plumbing codesAbility to read blueprints and technical drawingsExcellent customer service skillsValid driver's licenseMust meet company motor vehicle record (MVR) eligibility requirementsSalary Description $20-30 DOE
