Job description
Plumbing TechnicianThe Plumbing Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial plumbing systems at Hard Rock Stadium.This is a full-time position based on site at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, FL.Responsibilities:Maintain, install, and repair pipes, fittings, or fixtures of heating, water or drainage systems according to specifications or plumbing codesInterpret and apply mechanical and structural blueprints to plan plumbing repairs and modificationsTroubleshoot plumbing issues and provide effective solutions in a timely mannerKeep accurate records of work completed, materials used, and time spent on each jobInspect jobs upon completion and ensure areas are cleanRespond to emergency calls as neededPerform preventive maintenance on tools and equipmentPerform miscellaneous job-related duties as assignedQualifications:Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Completion of a Plumbing training program or apprenticeship.Experience: 5+ years of experience in plumbing maintenance and repair.Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of electrical and HVACR systems.Ability to use diagnostic tools and hand tools effectively.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Physical ability to perform tasks that involve lifting, standing, and working in confined spaces.Work is performed in various settings at the stadium. May require working in extreme temperatures and confined spaces.
