Job description
Lane Bryant in Youngstown, OH is seeking a Sales Lead to create an engaging environment for customers and associates. You partner with the Store Manager to execute daily action plans and lead operations so the store runs smoothly, looks fabulous, and staff are trained and motivated.
You will guide team members, welcome customers, share product knowledge, and drive results by identifying opportunities with store leaders, while upholding brand standards and policies.
