Job description
Kalapawai Café & Deli is hiring cooks (all stations). Base pay is $18‑20/hr plus tips. Tips are generally $5–6/hr and are added to your paycheck. Total pay including tips is approximately $24+/hr. This is a fast‑paced and high‑energy position. Skills required: line cooking 2 yr, knife skills, memory, organizational, and communication. We offer: 401k, medical with Kaiser Permanente (includes dental, vision, and drug) or HMSA fully paid (no out‑of‑check payments for medical), PTO (up to 2 weeks), and 25 % discount off food and beverage on/off shift.

Basic knife skills and knowledge of kitchen equipment

Available to work evenings, mornings, weekends and holidays
Punctuality
Ability to communicate and work well in a team environment
Perform in high tempo & fast‑paced kitchen
Follow Chef's recipes & preferred techniques
