Job description
Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Texarkana is seeking a PM&R Associate Medical Director to lead inpatient rehabilitation care, collaborate with the Medical Director, and drive clinical quality improvements.
The role includes establishing a private practice, managing a caseload of medically complex rehab patients, and leveraging a private billing relationship to retain 100% of billing. Relocation and signing advance are offered.
