Job description
Comprehensive Rehab Consultants is hiring a PM&R Clinician (NP/PA) to provide expert Physiatry services at designated SNF/post-acute centers in Pleasanton, CA. Full-time position with a 8:00–17:00 schedule, option for flexible on-site workflows and strong clinical leadership support.
You will partner with PCPs and therapy teams to manage common geriatric and post-acute conditions, advance patient independence, and promote quality outcomes across the facility network.
