Comprehensive Rehab Consultants (CRC) seeks a PM&R clinician to provide Physiatry services in designated SNFs/post-acute centers in Portsmouth and Bedford, NH. This 32-hour W-2 role emphasizes autonomy, leadership, and collaboration with therapy and medical teams to optimize patient outcomes and independence.
The ideal candidate has NP/PA credentials, NH licensure, and a passion for geriatric post-acute care, with opportunities for training, certification, and growth within CRC.
