Job description
Comprehensive Rehab Consultants (CRC) seeks a PM&R clinician (NP/PA) to provide specialized rehabilitative care at designated SNFs in MA. You’ll collaborate with post-acute therapy teams to promote patient independence and improve functional outcomes, treating primarily in SNF or post-acute rehab settings.
