Job description
Comprehensive Rehab Consultants (CRC) seeks a NP/PA PM&R clinician to provide specialty PM&R services at a designated SNF or post-acute rehab center in Alamo, TX. This 32-hour W-2 role emphasizes clinical leadership and collaboration with interprofessional teams.
You will work with PCPs and therapy teams to improve patient outcomes, manage neuromusculoskeletal conditions, and enhance quality of life for geriatric patients in a post-acute setting.
