Job description
Comprehensive Rehab Consultants (CRC) is seeking a PM&R Clinician (NP/PA) to deliver physiatry services at a designated SNF or post-acute rehab center in Pleasanton, CA. You will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to optimize rehabilitative outcomes and promote patient independence.
The ideal candidate has NP/PA license, California license, post-acute experience, autonomy, and strong communication.
