Job description
Comprehensive Rehab Consultants (CRC) seeks a PM&R clinician (NP/PA) to provide rehabilitation services at a designated SNF in Marion, MA. This is a 32-hour, W-2 position with autonomy and a flexible schedule, aligning with post-acute care goals.
You will collaborate with the rehab team to optimize patient outcomes, coordinate with PCPs, and support geriatric patients across care transitions, while benefiting from CRC's growth and education opportunities.
