Job description
Comprehensive Rehab Consultants in Los Altos, CA is seeking a Nurse Practitioner/APRN or Physician Assistant to provide PM&R/physiatry services at a designated SNF or post-acute rehab center. This full-time W-2 role emphasizes autonomous practice within a supportive interdisciplinary team.
You will collaborate with PCPs, PT, OT and SLP to improve function and quality of life, participate in meetings, and contribute to culture, education, and staff development.
