Job description
Comprehensive Rehab Consultants in Connecticut is seeking a NP/PA PM&R clinician to join our post-acute care team. You will provide PM&R/Physiatry services at designated SNFs or post-acute rehab centers, collaborating with therapy and primary care to optimize patient outcomes.
The ideal candidate holds a Connecticut license as NP/APRN/PA, has post-acute or SNF experience, and can work autonomously 40 hours per week.
