Job description
Comprehensive Rehab Consultant in Rutland, VT, seeks a part-time PM&R clinician (NP/APRN/PA) to deliver physiatry services in SNFs. This 16‑hour W2 role offers an 9 AM–4 PM window on weekdays, with autonomy to manage your daily workflow and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
You’ll work with PCPs, PT/OT/SLP colleagues to improve patient function, pursue ongoing education, and participate in culture-building activities.
