Job description
Gilder Search Group is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver PM&R and primary care services across two skilled nursing facilities in the Lynchburg and Roanoke, VA area. This full-time, in-person role runs Monday to Friday, 9 to 5, with no nights, weekends, or on-call.
You will manage 15–20 residents daily, collaborating with physicians to ensure high-quality care. Active Virginia NP or PA license in good standing is required, with PM&R/long-term care experience
