Job description
Comprehensive Rehab Consultants (CRC) is seeking a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant/APR in PM&R to deliver specialized physiatry services at designated SNFs or post-acute centers. You will work closely with the post-acute therapy team to optimize rehabilitative outcomes and promote patient independence within CRC's physician-owned, growth-focused environment.
