Comprehensive Rehab Consultants in Martinsville, VA seeks a Nurse Practitioner/PA for PM&R to deliver specialized physiatry services at a designated SNF. You will work with the post-acute therapy team to optimize rehabilitation outcomes and promote patient independence.
