Job description
Comprehensive Rehab Consultants is hiring a PM&R clinician (NP/PA) to provide physiatry services at designated SNFs in Kountze and Silsbee, TX. This full-time role emphasizes autonomy, collaboration with PCPs, and a patient-centered approach to restore function in geriatric populations.
You will work with PT/OT/SLP teams, monitor progress, and participate in monthly didactics and trainings while enjoying strong benefits and a stable work schedule.
