Job description

Comprehensive Rehab Consultants, located in St Albans City, VT, is seeking an NP/PA PM&R clinician to join our post-acute care team. This 16-hour, part-time W2 role focuses on PM&R services at designated SNFs, with autonomy to manage daily workflow and collaborate with therapy and medical staff.

We offer flexible hours around 9 AM–4 PM, malpractice coverage, CEU opportunities, and a supportive culture that promotes growth and clinical leadership.
