Comprehensive Rehab Consultants (CRC) seeks a PM&R clinician (NP/PA/APRN) for a part-time SNF/post-acute role in Hobart, IN. Provide PM&R services, lead at the facility, and collaborate with the therapy team to optimize patient outcomes.
