Comprehensive Rehab Consultants (CRC) in Portsmouth and Bedford, NH, seeks a PM&R Clinician (NP/PA) to deliver specialized Physiatry services at designated SNFs. You will lead clinical care, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and drive patient independence through aging-in-place rehabilitation and post-acute care strategies.
