Job description
Comprehensive Rehab Consultants (CRC) seeks a Nurse Practitioner/PA/APRn clinician to provide PM&R services in a SNF/post-acute setting in Yorktown/Williamsburg, VA. You will lead care, collaborate with therapy and medical teams, and help improve functional outcomes for geriatric patients.
The role offers autonomy, flexible hours around 9 AM–4 PM, a strong compensation package, and extensive education opportunities. 40 hours/week, full-time, W‑2 position.
