Job description
Comprehensive Rehab Consultants (CRC) seeks a Part-time PM&R Clinician (NP/PA) in Hobart, IN to provide specialized PM&R/Physiatry services at a designated SNF or post-acute rehab center. You will lead interprofessional teams and help optimize rehabilitative outcomes, promoting patient independence.
Requirements include NP/PA license, Indiana licensure, and US work authorization. Experience in post-acute care is preferred; hours around 9 AM–4 PM with a 8-hour shift and weekday availability.
