Job description
Comprehensive Rehab Consultants in St. George, UT, seeks a NP/PA PM&R Clinician to join the post-acute care team at a designated SNF/post-acute rehab center. You will provide PM&R/Physiatry services and work with the interdisciplinary team to promote patient independence.
The ideal candidate has SNF or post-acute experience and a passion for geriatric care, with autonomy and strong interpersonal skills. The role offers a 32-hour W-2 schedule and a competitive compensation package.
