Job description
Comprehensive Rehab Consultants (CRC) seeks an NP/PA/Physician Assistant to deliver PM&R services at a designated SNF or post-acute rehab center in Shrewsbury, MA. The role emphasizes autonomy, leadership, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to promote patient independence.
You will contribute to care plans, work closely with PCPs and therapy colleagues, and participate in ongoing education and certification initiatives, including CRC’s own training and CEU opportunities.
