Job description
Comprehensive Rehab Consultants (CRC) is seeking a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant with PM&R specialization to work in Springfield, OH and Dayton, OH. This is a 24-hour, part-time W2 role located at designated SNF or post-acute rehab centers.
You will collaborate with the post-acute therapy and PCP teams to improve patient function and quality of life for geriatric patients, while leading in clinical care and patient management.
