Job description
Comprehensive Rehab Consultants is seeking a Nurse Practitioner/PA with PM&R focus to provide rehabilitation services at designated SNF/post-acute centers in Marlborough and Worcester, MA. The role emphasizes autonomous patient care within a collaborative interdisciplinary team, ensuring high-quality outcomes for geriatric populations.
You will partner with PCPs and therapy teams, manage common SNF conditions, and participate in ongoing education and leadership activities within CRC.
