Job description
Comprehensive Rehab Consultants in Lebanon, VA is seeking a part-time PM&R clinician (NP/PA/APRN) to provide specialized physical medicine and rehabilitation services at a designated SNF or post-acute rehab center. You will collaborate with PCPs and therapy teams to optimize patient function, lead care plans, and participate in multidisciplinary meetings.
