Job description
Comprehensive Rehab Consultants (CRC) seeks a Nurse Practitioner, APRN, or Physician Assistant to provide PM&R/Physiatry services at designated SNFs or post-acute rehab centers in Lake City, FL.
You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, lead clinical care, and help manage conditions common in SNFs while enjoying a balanced schedule and strong benefits.
