\ NAbout the Opportunity
\ N We’re seeking a Board-Certified Physiatrist (PM&R Physician) to join a well-established rehabilitation program in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. This role is designed for physicians looking for flexibility, excellent compensation, and a supportive team environment . The client is open to a variety of schedule types, with an ideal availability of 7–10 shifts per month. A streamlined interview process ensures you can move forward quickly.
\ NKey Responsibilities
\ N Provide high-quality inpatient physical medicine and rehabilitation care
\ N Lead and coordinate individualized treatment plans with an interdisciplinary team
\ N Support the development and implementation of clinical protocols to improve outcomes
\ N Collaborate with hospital leadership and colleagues to enhance rehab services
\ N Qualifications
\ N MD or DO with Board Certification in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R)
\ N Inpatient rehabilitation experience preferred, not required
\ N Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
\ N Compensation & Benefits
\ N Competitive hourly pay: $200–$250
\ N Flexible scheduling – typically 7–10 shifts/month, with openness to other availability
