Job description
Augusta Health and Rehabilitation in Augusta, WI, is seeking a compassionate LPN or RN for the Full-Time PM shift. Compensation includes LPN $25.50/hr and RN $34.50/hr, with every other weekend and rotating holidays. Experience in a nursing home is preferred, but we will talk with qualified candidates.
You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, document accurately, and work closely with residents, families, CNAs, and the care team to maintain a safe and respectful environment.
