Job Description Job Description About the Role: Join Veracity Psychiatry Solutions Inc as a PMHNP and make a meaningful impact on the mental health of our community in Apple Valley, CA. We are seeking passionate and dedicated professionals to provide exceptional psychiatric care in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications.
Provide psychotherapy and counseling services to patients.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Educate patients and families on mental health conditions and treatment options.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
Requirements: Master's degree in Nursing with a focus on Psychiatric Mental Health.
Current PMHNP certification and California state licensure.
Experience in psychiatric care and mental health services preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Compassionate demeanor with a patient-centered approach.
Knowledge of evidence-based practices in mental health treatment.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and education.
