Job description
LifeStance Health is hiring PMHNP-BCs in Illinois to join our Edgewood Clinical Services team. You will provide psychiatric care, including medication management and therapy, in a supportive, patient-centered environment.
We require Illinois licensure with PMHNP-BC and an active DEA, with a preference for Full Practice Authority. The role offers full-time hours, paid malpractice insurance, and a comprehensive benefits package including a 401(k) match and parental leave.
