Deer Oaks - The Behavioral Health Solution is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our Long-Term Care Clinical Services. You will conduct in-person psychiatric assessments, manage medications, and implement Medicare-compliant GDR strategies for residents in local facilities.
