Job description
Deer Oaks Behavioral Health is seeking a PMHNP to provide in-person psychiatric assessments and medication management in long-term care facilities within the local community.
You will develop and adjust individualized treatment plans, implement Medicare-compliant GDR strategies, and collaborate with nursing, medical and social services teams. EMR documentation and ongoing geriatric-focused training with accredited CEUs are provided.
