Job description
Vitae Health Systems is seeking a compassionate Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join an interdisciplinary team in skilled nursing facilities. The role focuses on psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and management for residents, collaborating with physicians, therapists, and other professionals to improve quality of life.
Part-time, 1–2 days per week, non-exempt. Requires PMHNP degree, active APN license, DEA registration, and 2+ years experience in geriatrics or psychiatric settings.
