Job description
CommuniCare Family of Companies is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our team in the Cleveland/Akron, OH area. The PMHNP will assess, diagnose, and treat residents in a long-term care setting, developing personalized treatment plans and leading a multidisciplinary team.
Applicants must hold an MSN/Doctoral degree in psychiatric nursing, be ANCC-certified PMHNP, and Ohio APRN licensure with DEA.
