Job description
firsthand Health is seeking a Consultation-Liaison Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to serve as the founding clinician of the hospital consult service and the visible representative inside our partner hospital. You will assess in the ED, begin treatment at bedside, and manage medications while coordinating with a supervising psychiatrist.
You will also bridge outpatient care, ensuring continuity for the same patient across hospital and post-discharge settings, delivering improved clinical outcomes
