Job description
LifeStance Health is hiring Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners for Utah (Greater Salt Lake City) in a hybrid role with 2–3 days in the office and 1–2 days remote. Compensation is strong and based on productivity, with full benefits and a supportive team.
Requirements include 2+ years as a PMHNP, Utah license, PMHNP certification, prescriptive authority, and DEA. Experience with adults and/or children/adolescents in both medication management and therapy is preferred.
