Job description
Relief Mental Health in Rockford, IL seeks a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our clinical team. You will conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations, diagnose conditions, and collaborate with supervising psychiatrists to develop individualized treatment plans.
You will prescribe and monitor psychotropic medications, participate in Spravato and IV Ketamine programs, provide psychotherapy, educate patients and families, and coordinate care with therapists, social workers and staff.
