Job description
Serenity Healthcare seeks a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our outpatient team in the US. We focus on patient care, minimize admin work, and avoid on-call duties.
Salary is $150,000 per year plus incentives. We offer 90% paid family medical premiums, 33 days PTO, and an 8:1 staff-to-provider ratio. Schedule is three 13‑hour shifts weekly, with occasional retreats to the Bahamas or Hawaii.
